Custom Order Quotes

All orders for custom builds, regardless of the size and scope of the build, must go through the Custom Order Form. This form quickly captures necessary information that is needed for all builds. Follow up questions will be made through your preferred method of contact. Once a non-refundable quote deposit is paid, we will begin work on your quote and design plan. Due to frequent fluctuating costs of materials, quotes are only good for 30 days from the date they are sent to you. If you do not accept your quote and pay for the build in that time frame, you will need to request a new quote.


Quote Deposits

A deposit is required for all custom order quotes and the deposit must be paid prior to any work on a quote or design plan begins.  Paying a deposit helps compensate us for our time and holds your place in the build schedule.  Deposit amounts will vary depending on the scope of the build.  Once you complete the Custom Order Form, it will be reviewed and assessed.  You will be notified by email with an invoice showing the quote deposit amount.  Deposits are non-refundable if you decline to proceed with the build or if you cease contact.  The deposit will be applied to your final bill if you do proceed with the build.


Payment

A non-refundable quote deposit is required for all custom orders and will be applied to your final bill.  Final payment for orders is expected upon completion of the order. Payment arrangements will be settled during the custom order quote stage.


Changes To Orders

If you wish to make a change to your order after work has begun, it may incur additional fees.  While some changes can be made without additional expense, that is not usually the norm.  Please ensure your design plan is exactly as you want it prior to agreeing to the build.


Subscribing/Unsubscribing

You may subscribe to our newsletter by going to the subscribe page or using the slide in box when you visit the page.  Customers are also subscribed to the newsletter any time a purchase is made through the store or email information is supplied to us.  All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to admin@7miledesignswoodco.com.

Donations

Requests for donations to fundraisers will be reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis.  Please use the Contact Form to make requests for donations and include as much information about your cause and fundraiser as possible.  While we would like to be able to offer something to every fundraiser, that simply is not possible.  Requests will be evaluated on if we are able to create something in time, who it benefits, previous experiences with the fundraising group, and potential return on investment.


Security

We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Wherever we collect sensitive information (e.g. credit card information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and for “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage.  We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet and website by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.
